It is indeed an individual thing, but one that must be reckoned
with. There must be SOME reason why Vandorens, and ONLY Vandorens, play
flat for me, and maybe ONLY for me. And it is a pity, too, since I like
their sound. I still use a 5RV as my tester mouthpiece when doing repairs,
but I still can't play the opening of the Weber 2nd in tune with it. But I
CAN do it with any Selmer, Woodwind, O'Brien, Hite...
