It is possible that I could get in trouble, but I have spent 5 years doing
everything I (and several attorney/musician friends) can think of to locate
anyone connected with Dr. Neely or his estate, with no luck at all.

I have been assured by several copyright attorneys and a couple of judges
that as long as I have made this good faith effort to locate and "estate" or
any living relative, AND I make no profit off of distribution, there should
be no problems.

Thanks for asking. I probably should have made this clear with the original
offer.
