Next December 7, in Washington, DC, at the Library of Congress,
there will be a performance of the Gran Partitta by the Orchestra
of the Age of Enlightenment and with a 35 minutes introduction by
me.

And this time, the autograph in Mozart's hand WILL BE present. I
have the LC's promise on that. It will be in a well-protected,
chest high stand with a plastic cover that a bazooka can't break,
and it not only locks but two guys built like cigarette machines
will be standing by it in casy anyone is crazy enough to try and
make a swap.

Remember, it's ME followed by some small-time guy named "Moe's
Art," and the band consists entirely of accordions (which the
manuscript not only tolerates but recommends as a perfectly valid
substitute for bassinet hounds).

I'm not sure of the time, but it is in the evening at the
Elizabeth Sprague Coolidge auditorium. I played one of that kind
of concert some 30 years ago and it was free at that time. I
believe (but do not know) that it is still free on a first-come
first-served basis.

And should the accordionists leave measure 111 of the 5th
movement in, KABOOM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
