In addition to this, people do not go into business in order to deliberately
lose money. Their intention is to make money. There is nothing wrong with
this. Any business in any industry will amortise the cost of development
time and materials across the production life of the intended product, and
if you want that product, you pay the price. If you are prepared to use a
different product, for whatever reason, including cost, then do so, but
don't complain that the one you chose not to use because you couldn't afford
it, or couldn't justify the cost, mustn't be worth it. I 'could' say the
same things about a Ferrari, which I will probably never own, but don't say
them, because I do appreciate the nature of that particular car as opposed
to, say, that of my Honda.

What annoys me most about some of the statements made in relation to Brad's
$650.00 mouthpiece is that those who complain the loudest are not those who
have had the courtesy to approach the man himself and talk to him about it.

More power to you, Brad, for having the guts and determination to invest so
heavily in what is now a unique product, with no guarantees that you would
get it back.

Geoff.
