Subj: [kl] Question about a flute OT

I kow this is off topic. I have an Artley flute that
I do not understand. It is bigger than a piccolo but
smaller that a standard flute. the main body section
is 12 inches in length and the total length is 22
inches. Can anyone tell me what I have?
