Yup, Avid owns Digidesign who make the Pro Tools digital audio =
workstation.
Pro Tools is probably the most popular DAW out there (not my favorite, =
but
definitely a standard in the audio world). It has been raising a lot of
questions in the audio world what they will be doing with it and what =
sort
of integration it will bring.
