In the interests of clarity: certain Buffet instruments remain under a MAP
(Minimum Advertised Price). This includes the B12's, E11's and the BC1180-2-0
bass clarinet. Also, oboes and saxophones remain in the MAP program.

The Professional Clarinets (R13 and up) have all come under the MSP (Minimum
Selling Price) Program.

This program was rolled out to dealers effective June 1, 2006. The
effective implementation date was later extended to August 1, to give dealers time to
change advertisements and website prices.

Although I AM a Buffet dealer, I am not a spokesperson for Buffet. I am just
stating the facts as they were made known to me.
