The simple act of
having two competitors gather in a room and discuss pricing is a
potential violation of those trade regulations.

There has not been any two competitors gathering in a room to discuss price.
Nor has Buffet participated. In fact Buffet has made it very clear made
regarding how they will not discuss their policy with a dealer. It was delivered
to us in writing and we have the choice to follow it or suffer the
consequences if we do not.

Buffet's have historically been sold for very little money and dealers have
not made money selling them. Buffet has recognized that this not only hurts
the dealers who do sell them but also hurts their reputation amongst possible
new customers, dealers, they would like to sell to. It is perfectly legal for
them to decide to improve the image of their product in the market place by
ensuring its minimum selling price.
