Bill,
I know I've been a big procrastinator. I've finally gotten some advice
and been told by a composer friend NOT EVER to send a file. So I'll
offer to sell you hardcopy. Either as single sheets or as a complete
collated set of parts.
I don't know offhand what it'll cost because it will depend on the
method of binding. Simple taped accordion-fold would be cheaper than
two-sided, plastic-bound parts. Whaddaya t'ink?
