Alto clarinet is a FABULOUS instrument. If you get an awful mthpc, you will get awful results and not like it.
If you get a "pretty good " mthpc you will get awful results and not like it. I make a REAL mthpc--$500--It PLAYS!
Customers come into our stores all the time, and upon hearing it fall in love with alto clarinet.

With alto clarinet you can't fool around. My mouthpiece plays great in ALL registers and you will fall in love with alto clarinet.
