When Trio Di Clarone was in Israel (December 2004), they had a meeting with young students and the kids asked Sabine at what age she started playing the clarinet. She started with violin when she was 6, and two years later, her brother Wolfgang started to learn the clarinet. She decided that she wants the clarinet too (she was 8), and the rest is history..
