Can I presume that the bass is in A? I played it many years ago,
and I played the bass part, but I have no recollection if it was
in A or B-flat, treble or bass clef.

The Mihalovichi is actually for Eb, A, and Bass.
That's right. I KNEW there was something else different. As I
said, I played
this piece YEARS ago as an undergraduate. I remember it was in
manuscript.
Glad it is now available as a published piece. Lots of fun to
play, lots of
musical content.
I remember we performed it along with my clarinet quartet of
McCartney's
"When I'm 64"!
That was a while ago!
