Karl,

I don't know of a stand, but there is a harness (BG Sax Harness) that will
take the pressure off your neck. Check with WWBW or Muncy. As far as a
stand goes, you could always ask the help of an occupational
therapist. They usually know people who have the ability to construct
custom devices. Best of luck.
