Which means, of course, that your autoreply is misconfigured at best -
it's replying to the From: address, not the requested "Reply-To", which
would have resulted in a message to the list. Using a commercial email
address with an autoresponder on that mail address is a mistake. The
automatic reply was requested by you and then generated by Outlook; it's
not Outlook's fault.

In this case - why, it most certainly DOES constitute spam or UCE.
Autoreply systems are notorious for spamming - just because I send you a
message does NOT mean I want a commercial in reply. In this particular
case, people who don't want any commercial message and have NOT
requested such have been getting one from you. It might not be
intentional, but it's still spam.

Hopefully you've taken action to fix this problem, but please, don't get
all uppity saying you never spam. You did, it was an accident, and it
won't happen again, right?
