This brand new CD is being played on KKJZ, the commercial-free public jazz
station in Southern California (stream available on the Internet, Google for
KKJZ). Although Mr. Daniels plays tenor sax on a number of cuts,
interestingly the DJs are playing the clarinet tracks and then saying "and
he also plays tenor sax on a number of songs."

This could be a first for a jazz station -- playing a doubler's clarinet
tracks rather than the saxophone ones!

It's "My Little Suede Shoes" which is best known as a Charlie Parker tune.
I was hoping to here Eddie doing an homage to the King.

they are offering Eddie Daniels performance of "Blue Suede Shoes" as a free
download (permission from the record company granted to them so yes, it is
legal).
