No, I'm certainly no expert, and I haven't performed this particular
piece in years.

Someone posted a link (which I unfortunately deleted) to a Schott
edition which claims to be based on a "Complete Works" edition of
Weber, but it also lists an editor. Without actually seeing it, it's
hard to know exactly what's there. I own a Schimer edition, which seems
pretty close to Tony's urtext on a cursory examination.

I recently played Concertino, and worked for the first time from the
Henle edition. For years I used a Schirmer edition I bought as a kid,
edited by Arthur Christman. In the piano score of that edition,
Christman provided the unedited clarinet part on the clarinet line, and
gave his editing (clearly marked as such) in the actual clarinet part.
He also listed the major discrepancies in the introduction inside the
front cover. Over the years, I've used this edition with students
frequently.
