HELP ! I am trying to locate ANY information that I can on a
"Kilford Neeley" who was a composer and clarinetist. I know for a fact that
he was in Lafayette LA in some sort of capacity in December 1954 when he
completed his Sonata for Clarinet and Piano.

Any assistance or guidance that anyone might be able to provide
would be very greatly appreciated.
