So if I choose the one with the good tone, I can be confident that it will
work out. It sure is a gorgeous sounding instrumet!

Any suggestions as to a good tech? I would be willing to travel to the
right person.

Generally,

The left hand notes of the Festivals are lower than on the R13 and the right
hand notes higher.

A small bit of work on the tone hole for the note in question should do the
trick. This isn't rocket science....but be sure you take it to someone who
really knows what they are doing. No voodoo witch doctors.....(even though
after a good tech is finished it might seem like magic)...
