The interesting thing about that is that many players, especially back when
R13 was the only Buffet Crampon model in wide use, had their techs do a lot
of additional undercutting as part of the setup process. That the Festival
comes with more undercutting out of the box may not mean much when a good
tech can do all the undercutting the instrument needs (and, if he's not
careful, then some) after you get it.
