Keith,

Thanks for the heads-up. The company is drawn from an undergraduate
college pool, so we don't think it would be socially fair for one
person to be sigificantly outside that age range. Of course, if the
right person comes along, we'll grab them, regardless of age. It is
certainly not the most important consideration here.
