Unfortunately Tom R. set up a site called "Reeds Direct" apparently
without realising that this UK-based company was already using the name
(and has been for a long time). Or maybe he did realise but thought
that since they were based in different countries it wouldn't matter.
The official name of his site is "RCP Reeds Direct".

Reeds Direct Cambridge is a long-established, very good supplier if you
live in the UK (or elsewhere in the European Union; I kept ordering from
them when I was living on on the Continent). However, they have nothing
to do with Tom Ridenour or his $10 offer for a trial of his reed designs.

... and there's no scam. Tom Ridenour has an introductory offer for
people to try out his reed brands. I took it. They were nice but
didn't work as well as what I was already using.
