I found this website after typing "reeds direct" into google.

They advertise as Reeds Direct Cambridge (UK).
They have a very nice site and quite a reputation.
I didn't see the $10 offer you mentioned, however.

Can you contact Tom Ridenour or the company from whom you ordered? It's
hard to believe someone would be running a scam selling reeds for ten
dollars! What's this world coming to???!!
