Bärenreiter does one, I've found. It didn't show up at first (i.e.
before I wrote my previous email:-) as searching for "Der Hirt auf dem
Felsen" only gets you the books of collected lieder that cost in the
region of €200.--. You have to search for the English title to get the
standalone version.
There is also a Breitkopf edition but I don't think it's from their
Urtext series.
I think I'm going to go with the Bärenreiter but if anyone has any
comments about other editions they know of, do share. :-)
