Al was one of the "legends". Sorry to hear of his passing!
I heard him play the Rigoletto Fantasy with the Naval Academy Band - seems
like just a few years ago, but he retired in 1981 from it so .......... I'm
feeling old.

While wandering through Pilot Online (Hampton
Roads VA) I found that Alberto (Al) Asercion has
passed away. I did not know him well but I've
heard him mentioned here in the past and wanted to
