My (and Dan's) Fox is 15.9, usually though of as narrow bore.

I think you'll find that the Leblanc basset horn is 18mm, the same as
their alto clarinet (and it's been so for 20+ years now). I think
Buffet moved to the same large-bore solution a few years back.
- From what I recall Selmer is about 16.9mm these days, and most German
basset horns are about the same (and have been for a long time).
