Yes, thanks for the info. I thought it was a great buy for the #1 humistat
($5.00) and I discovered he also sells a hydrometer/humistat for only
$12.10. And as you say, shipping is FREE! Go figure.
I've used it to keep some cigars nicely humidified at the almost closed
position. I didn't have a hydrometer, but after ruining some cigars at the
most open setting causing mold, a light setting worked fine. I'm surprised
that your use of a wide open setting results in only 50%. Of course, 100%
would be like rain in the case. :-)
Is 50% an optimum percentage without causing problems?

It's a very nicely designed little product. Get it while it's hot!

If humidification is the way to go, I'm surprised I read more about bore oil
whose use has its detractors than proper humidity.

PS. Mark or anyone else...Why does my email get kicked back when I type in
To: Klarinet@-----. I get a failure report mentioning something
about MIME content. I haven't performed any mime in quite a while!
I had to take an email someone wrote, delete the body of the email and the
subject, and insert my email, thereby "tricking" whatever the problem was.
