The levers are probably working fine, but the pads may not be as level as
they could be, or there could be defects in the tone hole, or just
misadjustment of the keys. These problems could be minor enough that they
are overcome by the pressure from your right pinkie that your weaker left
cannot match. If a pad or adjustment problem, it is easily resolved. And
that is a BIG reason to work through a local dealer rather than mail
order. Such problems could be fixed on the spot immediately, saving much
shipping cost and headache.
