It is hardly ethical to spread damaging rumours that you cannot
substantiate concerning a supplier either.

Or do you have some proof that WWBW indeed "sell seconds"? In which case
I would assume that you have some equivalent to the British Trading
Standards Office - so report it to them.

It is hardly fair either to criticise without the opposite point being
put. WWBW can hardly show that you are in the wrong, if indeed that is
the case, can they?

It is quite possible that you don't know what you are looking for and
that this is the cause of the problem. I'm not saying that it is, merely
that it is possible.

But if it were the case, then it would put a rather different
perspective on your posts, wouldn't it?

Matthew.

Should I in my post have mentioned my own bad luck with WWBW?

I am on Clarinet #3 from them and even THIS ONE doesn't play or sound
right,
R-13 and all.

And I have heard that WWBW sells only seconds, you know, the
semi-faulted
reject that "average" retailers would not sell.

That is what I meant when I mentioned Ethics, the lax and unethical
attitude
that WWBW has toward dealing with disgruntled buyers who have legitimate
complaints and problems.

I wish Francois Kloc was on this list so that he might address the issue
dealing with WWBW.

Regards,

Rafi
