No, I was of course refering to my own "bamboozled" manner in which WWBW has
been dealing with me and sending me what seem to me (and others I have
consulted) are "seconds" at best. Becasue there is something wrong with
every single (1,2, and 3) R-13 that WWBW sent me.

That is why I personally contacted Francois Kloc, but he doesn't bother to
return e-mails or phone calls.

The claims that WWBW make, weighed against the sub-standard clarinets I have
recieved from them, substandard to the point that is, that I would have to
take the "NEW" R-13 WWBW to a private NAPBIRTS certified technician, and
spend more of my own money to fix a problem WWBW is by right of an implied
contractual Warranty, is liable for, and to ensure that only Fully Passed
and high quality instruments, in this case Buffet Clarinets, are sent out.

In this way friends, have I been BAMBOOZLED!

Rafi
