Rafi,

The original poster did not contact WWBW about the problem he had with a
Rossi clarinet. He chose not to do so. We do not know that WWBW would not
have handled this problem with this Rossi clarinet equitably and
expeditiously.

You apparently have had what you characterize as a bad experience with this
retailer. You are free to take your business elsewhere and to describe your
own experiences. I, and others on the list, have been treated by WWBW in
accordance with the return and other policies they list on their web site
and probably will choose to do business with them in the future.

Since the original poster has not chosen not to even attempt to deal with
WWBW, the distributor of the Rossi clarinet, we will never know what they
would have done in this instance. It is not fair to bash them about this
Rossi clarinet repair because they do not even know the instrument developed
the problem unless they are monitoring this discussion list.

I am not defending WWBW. I am simply pointing out that one cannot hold them
responsible in this instance for finding a solution to a problem they do not
know exits. ESP is not in the job description of any individual or
organization.

George

I wish:
1. WWBW were as ethical and Responsible as Mr. Rossi,
and
2. That Francois Kloc and Buffet USA would care more to see that someone
"bamboozled" by WWBW gets a fair deal.

The whole issue of finding the "right" clarinet for "you" is only
intensified when the "I" has to do everything from the perspective of
distance, mail/Internet order, and air freight.

I will NEVER buy another clarinet again without first seeing it, touching it
and playing it, feeling the responsiveness of the keys, etc, ever again
after having nothing but trouble, bad luck and ignorance (on my part,) with
WWBW.

Sincerely,

Rafi Miller
Baltimore, MD
