I may have missed an earlier post in this thread (although I have been
following it), but the reference to Francois Kloc and Buffet USA just went
over my head. Was Mr. Kloc or Buffet involved in the problem Bruce wrote
about, or is this only a tangentially related reference?

Also, I missed any post that said WWBW (or its representatives) behaved
unethically - was WWBW actually contacted directly about this and refused to
help? From the posts that I've read, Bruce was concerned that their reaction
would be to make him return the clarinet to them at an expense of both time
and money and anticipating that response upset him. I may have missed one in
which WWBW actually told him they couldn't/wouldn't help him.

Bruce has written that "I don't think Rossi, WWBW, or I could have been able
to detect the flaw in normal testing" and seems satisfied with recent
progress on the issue. Was there an earlier post that described acts on the
parts of WWBW, Francois Kloc, Buffet or for that matter Louis Rossi that
should be characterized as attempts to "bamboozle" Bruce?

I'm very confused.
