To reiterate, if anyone misunderstood:

I fault neither WWBW nor Rossi for my problem. I don't think Rossi, WWBW, or
I could have been able to detect the flaw in normal testing. Short of having
x-ray inspection, I doubt if the problem could have been detected. This type
of brazing flaw is usually invisible.

I am not sorry that I got the Rossi instrument, and consider the flaw a
fluke. My only concern is getting the thing corrected ASAP and with as
little expense and fooling around as possible, but I'm sure that Mr. Rossi
will make this as painless for me as he can.
