Hi Bruce,

I am a dealer of Rossi instruments on the East Coast.

When you say "It would certainly be nice if there was a Rossi
agent...", there are. Namely WWBW, my company Cohler & Associates,
Inc. and one or two others.

It is the resellers responsibility to handle problems like this.
That is the ENTIRE reason for resellers in the first place.

You do not have to deal with shipping to the Rossi factory. You did
not buy it from the Rossi factory. You bought it from WWBW and your
purchase is subject to their warranty and service policies which are
carefully and completely enumerated on their website.

I really don't understand what your issue is. Where the instrument
is manufactured really has absolutely nothing to do with it. Contact
WWBW and I am sure they will handle it. They are a very reputable
reseller.

Hope this helps...

Best regards,
Jonathan Cohler
