Amen to the importance of mouthpiece. I tried 10 different Bb mouthpieces on
my E11 C clarinet, including Pomarico and the greatest Bay mouthpiece in the
world. But great for the Bb is not great for the C, and I could not play the
C in public due to intonation woes.

Finally, I bought Walt Grabner's C mouthpiece, and voila, I am good
(lippable) from lowest to altissimo G.
