<I would like to know the name of the person that also mentioned CCM. I
think the E-11 is great horn for its value but if you need to wow someone on
a major audition I would go with the other models that are above it.>

Antoine - thank you for sharing your information on the E-11. I'm not
looking to WOW anyone on an audition and I'm not pursuing a professional
career on Eb. I am quite happy with playing in a clarinet trio, wind
orchestra, and the local orchestra (and yes, we do get paid but it barely
covers the cost of reeds, repairs, sheet music, etc.). I'm lucky to break
even at the end of the year. :)

I'm the person who mentioned CCM. I graduated in 1990 with a Bachelors
degree in music performance. I don't recall your name so I'm guessing you
graduated after I did. My name at the time was Lori Leichtman. I
understand Ron De Kant retired a couple of years ago. Is he still teaching
and/or performing?

Lori
