Dear Ken,

Thank you very much for clarification and the knowledge of your experience.
This is very useful and will certainly aid me in discussing different
aspects in my presentation. Much food for thought. I would like to add
more, but need to go away and digest what you have written. I have for the
last week had a very nasty flu virus and it was my first day up today - made
extra special as I got to play with the Allegri String Quartet. But
exhausted now and going to have an early night.
