Forest, I can't believe that you have offered to help me! I will
definately take you up on this offer if it fits into your schedule. Thanks,
Deborah

<<<Give me a call and I'd be glad to meet with you and introduce you to the
right people at Brook Mays. You should end up at the warehouse and play as
many clarinets as you have available to you in this effort. The price Brook
Mays will sell the instrument at is usually matching anything you can find
online....within the known top dealer sites. I'm in the phone book.>>>

It's stuff like this that makes me just *hate* subscribing to this list.

. . . Debbie, this is a real deal. Aside from trying lots of horns, it also
helps to have someone with Big Ears assist you in the selection - what you
think you hear is often not what others do.

As far as Forest goes, the willingness to help a person they have never even
met is - totally cool.

Forest - next year I'm thinking of buying a bass. I could do this in
Dallas, I suppose, if you're willing to drink a little beer . . .
