Recently had the same problem with Encore. Tried every fix I knew but
without results. I seems Windows did not recognize the Anastasia font
nor the Fret A, B and C fonts. When I went into Windows fonts and
opened the font files they were blank. After shutting down for the night
and restarting the computer the next morning everything was OK.

Wierd but true. I think what happened was that I had just downloaded a
newer version of Encore and it would not work in Windows XP so I dumped
it. Reinstalled the old version and it would not work till the next day.
