As good as the advice you've gotten about your barrel has been, you're
probably going to have to pay a bundle if you can find someone who can do a
good job banding it. Nearly as much, or more, than replacing it with a new
custom barrel.

Walter Grabner (clarinetxpress.com) doesn't list an eefer barrel, but he may
make one for you. Clark Fobes (clarkwfobes.com) sells his custom eefer
barrel for about $150 through Woodwind/Brasswind.

My guess is that banding an and eefer barrel by someone who really knows
what they're doing is going to run at least a hundred bucks, probably more.
