Tim,
Actually, you are wrong.
In the Windows/fonts directory are the fonts. Anastasia, if there, may not
be associated with Encore.
Right button click, choose properties, then "opens with".

Choose "Encore" to complete the associatiation.

Since this exact thing happened to me recently with Finale, I know that you
can reinstall till you are blue in the face, but the correct fix is as I
have described.
