This is wrong. There is no such thing as a "font association" in
Windows. Either the font is present, or it is missing. If it's
present, anyone can use it, including Encore.

In this case, I suspect his font (which is called Anastasia, I believe)
is probably missing. An uninstall and reinstall should fix it.
