Lelia, you are an utter jewel. We are more than fortunate to have you
on the list, and if I could write half as well as you, I would consider
myself blessed. This latest contribution reminds me of the delightful
scene in "Roxanne", Steve Martin's comedic reworking of "Cyrano de
Bergerac", in which the protagonist lays verbal waste to the lout who
can come up with no better insult than "big-nose".
