Right on.

But how typical to have the fourth-generation, sanitized, white rip-off of
the classical soul sounds of Detroit as part of the most-watched TV show on
the planet.

This is right up there with having somebody (who now sells cell phone
ring-tones for a living) get mega-rich playing synthesized Bach.

[Then again, if you want to see a real football game by players who love
what they do, act spontaneously, and feel the joy of winning and losing, go
to a local college or high school game.]
