Subj: [kl] Georg Philipp Telemann: Carillon a 2 Chalumeaux
Date: Sun, 05 Feb 2006 15:32:02 -0500

As I am sitting here on a dreary Sunday afternoon listening to an old DG
Archiv recording of G.P. Telemann's Blaserserenade, I was amazed to find a
quaint little Bohemian dance number for 2 Chalumeaux in F-minor on the
recording.

Now, I only own at the present moment a Bb Clarinet, and I am wondering if
there exists sheet music either in F-minor or transposed for Bb somewhere
out there among the copious number of sheet music suppliers. I ask this
becasue it is a delightful little piece and it deserves to be added to the
repetoire of any aspiring Clarinetist, that is at least in my humble
estimation.

The exact title of the piece is: "Carillon a 2 Chalumeaux ou flute a bec ou
trav, avec la basse"

Please forgive the missing diacriticals, as plain text doesn't allow them.

merci beaucoup,
