Heh! I do.

Years ago, I sold contact=A0cement in 55-gallon drums to furniture
manufacturers, cabinet shops, etc. Water-based contact cement had
several disadvantages, and almost everything I sold was solvent-based.
We had several different grades of contact cement (different solvent
blends) depending on the drying-time and viscosity (spray or brush?)
that was desired.

But one furniture factory insisted on buying water-based despite the
disadvantages, even when the cement manufacturer that we represented
wanted to cease manufacturing it.

Why?

The factory was the furniture shop at a federal prison.

They didn't want the prisoners to sniff the glue.

...anyway, in those days (25 years ago), water based cement dried
slower, delaminated more easily if the surfaces had even a hint of
grease on them, and had low tensile strength. I assume that these
things are still true.
