Subj: [kl] Bay ligature and WWBW

Can anyone suggest how to contact the Bay company (the one in LA, not
the one in Canada) directly? I've been getting the following message
from WW&BW every two weeks or so since October regarding an Eb
ligature I ordered through them:

"This item is was ordered from Bay; Bay informed us that we can
expect to receive this item in our warehouse by 2/7/2006. As soon as
we receive it from Bay, we will ship it directly to you - it should
reach you approximately one week later."

I don't believe them, and I want to find out if the thing even
exists. WWBW seems to have me in a computer loop that wil probably
go on forever (should they be called WWBS?), so I'd like to contact
Bay, but I can't find any phone or address.
