Matthew Lloyd suggests the opening of the adagio, which would
also show the ending of the first minuet on the left page. But
that's not a correct guess. For the first person with the right
guess (and I won't cheat), I buy the pizza. I must say that
there are two possibilities I have been considering, and anyone
on this list who has been involved with discusssion on these two
matters should be able to guess which page or pages will be
displayed. You have to guess BOTH pages that are under
consideration.

And to add to this chain of coincidences, the Orchestra of the
Age of Enlightenment will play it in Washington, DC in December,
while I will give a pre concert talk on the history of the
manuscript, which itself will be on full public display both
before and during the concert. The manuscript will, of course,
be protected and under unbreakable plastic. No one will be
permitted to handle it, and I get to request the pages that will
be displayed since the manuscript will be fully open to show a
left and a right page.

And it is still Partitta!

Yes, and by the Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment....but
without
me, in my home town, because I had a prior engagement in Italy,
to
play....the Gran Partita:-)
