My daughter saw the new movie "Tristan and Isolde" the other day and
liked it, but she wasn't familiar with Wagner's version of the
story. I was trying to find a recording of Prelude and Liebestod on
the net to play for her, and a search for pieces attributed to
Wagner, in addition to the expected ones, came up with the following:
In the Hall of the Mountain King
Carmina Burana
William Tell Overture
Also Sprach Zarathustra
I had no idea of how prolific he was.
