I have learned that this piece is published by Emerson, but not under their
own imprint. I can order it (and I am about to place an order with them in
any case) but since it is available to me at only a small discount (not
their regular terms) I would want to have a reasonably firm order, before I
do so.

Please let me know if anyone would like it. The price would be around $50.
