I guess everything is relative. I've been playing clarinet as an
amateur for a long time, and just recently had an opportunity to play
"The Nutcracker" for the first time. I was thrilled! For everyone
who dislikes playing it, for whatever the reason, there are many
waiting in the wings for the opportunity to (1) play it in an
ensemble in the first place, and (2) play "Nutcracker" in a fine
ensemble in a grand venue.
